Not Monday through Thursday. The showroom at 2728 NW Nela St, Portland is open 7:00 am to 5:30 pm those days. Friday and Saturday visits are by appointment, so call (503) 226-2761 first. We’re closed Sundays.
Can you give me an awning price over the phone?
Often a ballpark, yes. Size, projection, frame, fabric, controls and the mounting surface all change the price, so send photos and rough measurements. Those are usually enough for a ballpark before a site visit, followed by a written quote.

Yes. Rose City Awning & Flag offers free consultations. Call the shop, or use the estimate form on this page and add photos of the wall or space.
What happens after I request an awning estimate?
Send photos and rough measurements, and we can usually give you a ballpark before anyone visits. Then comes a free consultation at the showroom or on site, a written quote once we’ve measured, and, if you go ahead, an awning made in our shop and installed by our own crew.
What should I send with an estimate request?
Wide photos of the wall and the area you want covered, rough width and projection, which way it faces, and how you plan to use the space. For storefronts, add a straight-on photo of the façade and your logo file.
